Home-buying seminar offered

A seminar for first-time home buyers will be offered from 6:30-9 p.m. on both Sept. 22 and 23.

The class will discuss the House Key State Bond Program, Down Payment Assistance and $8,000 Tax Credit. It is sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission
