Dunbar needed in Legislature

I support Dr. Peter Dunbar for the State 41st District House seat. The incumbent, Marcie Maxwell, has voted with the majority for every single piece of legislation that has increased our state tax burden and government growth that has come about.

Dunbar will respect the will of the voter and will make it harder, not easier, to raise taxes.

I would like to get some balance to our state government, with the hard times we have and the hard times coming. We will need to cope with the federal mandate for Washington state to assume health care costs, and Dunbar, as an associate professor at the UW Medical School, is someone with experience dealing with patient safety and access.
