Mail ballots on way for Feb. 9 election

Nearly 1.1 million ballots are in the mail, headed to mailboxes throughout King County for the Feb. 9 special election.

In the Bellevue area, voters will be deciding the fate of two school district measures and also voting on a proposal by the library district to raise its levy lid.

Ballots must be returned to Elections or postmarked by Feb. 9, Election Day.
