Phil Herres to lead Lagotek

Lagotek Corporation, of Bellevue, has named Phil Herres as new Chief Executive Officer. Eugene Luskin, former CEO, will remain as Chairman of the Board with operational responsibilities as Chief Technology Officer.

Herres assumes responsibilities immediately.

Herres was Chief Operating Officer at Aldus Corporation prior to merger with Adobe Systems. Since that time he has been a strategic consultant to CEO’s and served as president or CEO to several companies.
