Gallant Son, owned by Bellevue’s Chris and Dianna Randall, was not able to crack into the top-3 at the 2008 Breeders Cup Juvenile race at Santa Anita, Calif.

Midshipman won the race with a purse of $1,951,080 and was followed by Square Eddie and Street Hero.

Gallant Son was the leading money winner at Emerald Downs in 2008, garnering $365,457.

The Randall’s purchased Gallant Son for only $9,000.

Chris Randall is the CEO of National Speciality Underwriters Inc in Bellevue.
