Redmond 44 Newport 64
The Mustangs were able to pose little resistance as Newport got a combined 37 points from Will Ferris, Jason Lock and Eric Newland in the win.
Miles Fowler added nine more for the Knights.
Bellevue 57 Lake Washington 46
The Wolverines trailed after the first period but used a 13-5 advantage in the second to run away from Lake Washington in the 57-46 win.
Timmy Haehl paced coach Chris O’Conner’s team with 13 points, with Dylan Foreman adding 12 and Michael Carlson putting in 10 of his own.
Interlake 50 Mount Si 79
Austin Clark scored 11 points in the loss and Sam Finfer finished the night with 10 as the Saints fell in Snoqualmie.
Gymnastics
Bellevue 122 Liberty 129
Michelle Louie finished first on the beam, third on bar and second in the vault to lead the Wolverines in the tight loss to Liberty.
Boys swim and dive
Interlake 102 Sammamish 49
Joe Lorr punched a ticket to the district meet with a win in the 200 individual medley, coming in with a time of two minutes, 14.75 seconds and did likewise in the 100 free in 52.98.
Michael Lorr swam a state time of 22.61 in the 50 free for the Saints in the win.
