Ingram, Patricelli promoted to Bellevue police captains

The Bellevue Police Department recently promoted Debbie Ingram and Lisa Patricelli, joining Andrew Popochock as sector captains in the department.
The two women were among five people promoted last week. Brenda Johnson and Leo Ramos were promoted to sergeant, and Steve Lynch was made major of the patrol division.
