Village Theatre sets lineup of KIDSTAGE summer camps

Village Theatre KIDSTAGE has announced its summer camp line-up of theatre classes for students of all ages.

In Issaquah, the KIDSTAGE class lineup boasts classes that begin in June, July, and August. In June, grades PreK-K can enroll in “Fabulous Fairies and Dynamic Dragons” or for grades 4-6 try “Musical Theatre – High School Musical.” In July, there is “Adventures at Hogwarts” for grades 3-5 or “Broadway Now Playing” for grades 8-12. In August, there is “Musical Theatre: Annie” for grades 1-2 and “Broadway’s Rock Musicals” for grades 6-9.

The summer camps begin June 14 with tuition starting at $115. Payment plans are available for all KIDSTAGE programs and financial assistance is available to those who qualify. There also is a 10 percent discount when registering more than one student from the same family or when registering for more than one class.

Also, each registered student qualifies for one half-price single student ticket to any Village Theatre Mainstage production currently on sale. Registration forms are available onlineonline or by calling Village Theatre’s Youth Education office at 425-392-1942 x148.

KIDSTAGE is a year-round performing arts training program for young people ages 3-20. KIDSTAGE students participate in classes, workshops and full-scale KIDSTAGE productions. All performances are by KIDSTAGE students and classes are taught by professional theatrical instructors.
