Richard Quarre gets U.S. Bank scholarship

U.S. Bank has named Richard “Ross” Quarre of Bellevue as one of 40 students to receive a $1,000 U.S. Bank 2009-2010 Internet scholarship.
Quarre, a graduate of Newport High School, has participated in a variety of activities including football, swim team, track and AIDS Student Peer Educator at Newport (A.S.P.E.N.).
