Schnitzer sells Advanta Office Commons

Schnitzer West has sold its Advanta Office Commons building in Bellevue to Global Real Assets.

The building, constructed in 2008 and fully leased to Microsoft, is a 601,081 square foot facility in the Eastgate area of Bellevue just off I-90. The property sold for $240 million.
