Workers lift Group Health’s sign on to the side of its new medical center in the medical district of Bellevue on Tuesday.

The 190,000 square-foot, $120 million medical center will be the largest multispecialty center in East King County, with 125 physicians representing more than 25 specialty services, including medical specialties, primary care, behavioral health, medical imaging, high acuity urgent care, outpatient surgery, oncology, and infusion therapy.

Ancillary services include pharmacy, lab, physical and occupational therapy, and retail shops for eye wear and hearing aids.

Group Health physicians, surgeons, and midwifes will provide inpatient care at Overlake Hospital.

The facility was designed by Ellerbe Becket in association with Northwest Architectural Company. Ellerbe Becket’s work in health care design includes more than 90 years partnering with the Mayo Clinic.

The center will open on July 1.
