Hunts Point vehicle theft leads to burglary

A Hunts Point resident had their vehicle stolen March 26 in Redmond. Then things got worse.

 

A Hunts Point resident had their vehicle stolen March 26 in Redmond. Then things got worse.

The thieves then drove the vehicle to resident’s home in the 3200 block of 80th Ave NE where they used the garage door remote to access the house. Approximately $10,000 worth of jewelry was taken.

The stolen vehicle was found left in a school parking lot a short distance away. Surveillance footage from cameras is being reviewed for any potential suspect information.
