Bellevue resident accepted into Culinary Institute of America

Denise Rafferty of Bellevue has been accepted into the Culinary Institute of America’s Associate Degree Program in Culinary Arts.

The institute is an independent, not-for-profit college offering bachelor’s and associate degrees in culinary arts and baking and pastry arts.
