Allison Chan receives scholarship

Allison Chan of Bellevue received one of three $5,000 scholarships awarded to college undergraduates from campuses across the country from the Liberty Mutual Responsible Scholars Scholarship program. Chan was recognized for founding “Regiving,” an organization that strives to improve the quality of life for underprivileged adults and children.
