Police seeking ID of forgery suspect

The Bellevue Police Department is attempting to identify a suspect in a forgery case, where newly ordered bank checks were stolen from a residential mailbox on the 9800 block of Northeast 21st Street and later forged and cashed at the Aurora North Bank of America in Shoreline. The forged check was cashed for $215. Police are providing images taken from security footage at the bank in the hope that the suspect can be identified. Anyone who recognizes the suspect is asked to call the BPD at 425-452-6917.
