Humane Society to celebrate World Spay Day

The Bellevue-based Seattle Humane Society will celebrate World Spay Day on Feb. 26 by offering $5 neuter and $15 spay surgeries for cats belonging to qualified-income owners.

Special discounts on spay and neuter are available throughout the entire month of February at Seattle Humane and local veterinary clinics.
