Tim Chin joins Kidder Mathews

Tim Chin, a 17-year veteran broker, has joined Kidder Mathews’ Bellevue office as a vice president. Chin specializes in both landlord and tenant representation of office properties on the Eastside. Prior to Kidder Mathews, Chin spent 15 years at Colliers International.

Kidder Mathews has more than 200 brokers in 9 offices in Washington, Oregon, and California.
