The new superintendent of the Bellevue School District, Dr. Tim Mills got a big surprise Wednesday afternoon, when administrators and principals organized an impromptu parade during a leadership meeting at WISC.

Assisted by the Newport High School Marching band, district employees sang a personalized rendition of “Louie, Louie,” – an ode to Mills’ history as a band teacher.
