Food, music to highlight fundraiser

The Total Experience Gospel Choir will perform outdoors in the orchard at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in south Bellevue on Aug. 18 to help raise funds for a Factoria-area amphitheatre.

All receipts from the choir’s performance will be donated to the “building to build community” fund. The community will use the amphitheatre as a gathering place.

The orchard is directly across Factoria Boulevard from Newport High School at the corner of Newport Way.  The event begins at 6 p.m. with a barbecue for the community followed by the choir.

Tickets are free, but to ensure there is plenty of food, the community is asked to RSVP at 425-746-4848 or at hclcchurch@comcast.net.
