Sherry Schwab has been named the 2009 Certified Graduate Remodeler of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders. The award is an exclusive professional designation designed to emphasize business management skills as the key to a professional remodeling operation.

Schwab has owned and operated a remodeling firm, HCS Construction Services in Bellevue for 29 years.
