Clark Nuber awards scholarships to seven students

Bellevue-based Clark Nuber has awarded tuition scholarships to seven students majoring in accounting and who have completed their sophomore year at selected accredited four-year institutions in Washington State.

The seven $1,000 merit-based scholarships were awarded based on, but not limited to the following criteria: academic achievement (minimum 3.0 GPA), campus and/or community activities, work history, responses to short essay questions, two letters of recommendation, and probability of success/obtaining a CPA license.

Scholarship winners are Travis Bean, Washington State University; Ashley Johnson, Washington State University; Michelle Larson, Central Washington University; Warryn Luther, Western Washington University; Shianne Paez, Seattle Pacific University; Baiba Rubenis, Washington State University; Anna Warner, University of Washington.
