Definition of ‘rich’ could be changed to include all Washington taxpayers

Don’t be fooled by I-1077 supporters claiming to soak only the rich with a new income tax for our state. This is the oldest trick in the book for the tax-and-spend Democrats.

Ask yourself how easy will it be to lower the definition of “rich” over time and eventually nail all of us with an income tax. Don’t give them this toe hold. We already pay a huge sales tax and a huge property tax. Do you really want to pay even more and for what?

To fill the trough for the Cadillac health and pension plans enjoyed by government employees?

Tell Gates Sr. to forget it. Vote no on I-1077!
