Bellevue developer buys Weyerhaeuser-owned building in Federal Way

A Bellevue developer has picked up an apparent bargain with the purchase of a 100,000 square-foot office owner by Weyerhaeuser in Federal Way.

According to the Seattle Times, the developer purchased the building for $8.2 million last week.

County records show Weyerhaeuser bought the 9-year-old building for $21 million in 2005.
