Ivaylo Dragnov named finalist for Boys & Girls Club Youth of the Year

Ivaylo Dragnov, of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue, has been named a finalist for Youth of the Year for clubs in the state of Washington.

The state winner will be announced Friday morning, March 19 at a program at the Governor’s Mansion in Olympia.
