Man injured in wrong-way crash on I-90

A driver took the wrong ramp into oncoming traffic on Interstate 90 in Bellevue early Wednesday morning, striking a truck that was picking up barrels at a road construction project.

Rescuers had to cut the top off the car to free the driver. The accident occurred at about 2 a.m.
