Intellectual Ventures hires Adriane M. Brown

Intellectual Ventures, a Bellevue-based invention firm, has hired Adriane M. Brown to succeed company co-founder Edward Jung as president and chief operating officer.

Jung will assume the role of chief technology officer.

Brown previously served as senior vice president of energy strategy at Honeywell International.
