Parks board to hold retreat

The Bellevue Parks and Community Services Board will hold its annual planning retreat at 8 a.m. Saturday, September 26.
The board will meet in the Douglas Fir Community Room at the Mercer Slough Environmental Education Center, 1625 118th Ave. SE, Bellevue.
