Bellevue student awarded $1,000 scholarship

Ryan A. Fallgren, of Bellevue, was awarded a $1,000 Claude and Kathleen Irwin Regents scholarship from Washington State University. Fallgren graduated from Newport High School in 2007 and plans to graduate from WSU in 2011 with degrees in economics and history. He is the son of Nancy and Jeff Fallgren of Bellevue.
