Coldwell Banker shifting headquarters to Bellevue

Coldwell Banker Bain will begin moving its corporate headquarters from Mercer Island to Bellevue this month.

The real-estate company said its move, expected to wrap up by November, will not affect employees or agents.

Coldwell Banker owns an office at 12721 Bel-Red Road in Bellevue, and plans to move its headquarters there.
