Donald Gher elected to second term on Eastern Illinois University Foundation

Donald Gher of Bellevue has been elected to his second three-year term on the Eastern Illinois University Foundation Board of Directors.

He serves as treasurer for the 11-member board, and as chairman of the group’s Investment Committee.

Gher retired as managing director and chief investment officer of Coldstream Capital Management, which he co-founded in 1996.
