Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Robert E. Milam,

Jr, son of Robert E. Milam of Bellevue recently participated in community relations projects while making a port visit to Victoria, Seychelles Islands.

Sailors worked with the Seychelles Coast Guard, the island rehabilitation center and St. Elizabeth’s Orphanage.

Milam joined the Navy in July 2003.
