Bellevue student wins first

A Bellevue student, Spenser Lull, has won first place in creative writing – poetry – song, as part of a Creative Kids Exhibit.
Spenser will have his work shown at the Spring Fair, April 17-20, at the Puyallup Fairgrounds.
