Several area golfers will move on to the district tournament after strong showings at the KingCo 3A/2A medalist tournament at Snohomish Golf Course.

Interlake’s Jessica Parker finished tied for second after shooting an 81 during the tournament. As a 2A golfer, Parker will move on in her respective class and not in the 3A ranks.

Interlake finished second in team scoring, with 480 strokes. Mercer Island took the title with a score of 424. Bellevue took third with a score of 484 strokes.

Bellevue’s Catelyn Webber finished third with an 82 and Sammamish’s Alayna Herring finished fifth with an 88.
