STARS OF THE NIGHT FOR APRIL 27

1. Colin Hering, Newport baseball: Hering had four RBIs and two doubles and also got the win in Newport's 8-1 win over Skyline. Hering's performance helped hand Skyline's Adrian Sampson his first-ever high-school loss.

2. Gabe Barnow, Interlake golf: Barnow picked up her sixth-straight medal, shooting a 41 at Tam O'Shanter Monday, and helping the Saints beat Liberty.

3.Nick Moyer, Bellevue baseball: Moyer, the son of former Seahawk Paul Moyer, went 4-for-5 with two doubles and a triple, helping Bellevue edge Sammamish 11-6.
