Interlake swims past Kangs, KingCo Invitational set for Friday | Prep sports news

The Saints took the dual meet win in the pool getting wins in the 200 medley relay and a host of individual events.

Michael Lorr took the 200 free in one minute, 54.29 seconds, just in front of teammate Karn Dalmia.

Jason Cummings was the winner in the 500 free, while Albert Furlong won the 100 backstroke in 58.47 seconds.

Bothell 87 Sammamish 72

Conrad Karwal won the 200 individual medley for Sammamish in two minutes, 14.82 seconds, and Jackson Gode took the win in the 50 free as the Totems fell to Bothell.

Evan Berger swam 1:06.22 to win the 100 fly, and the Sammamish also took the win in the 400 medley relay.

The KingCo Invitational, which provides the last chance for swimmers not qualified for the conference championship meet to swim a league standard, takes place Friday at the University of Washington Pavilion Pool.
