Former Issaquah, Liberty coach will lead Bellevue Christian | Prep football news

Bellevue Christian has found its second football coach in the form of former Issaquah and Liberty assistant Todd Green.

Green, who serves as the Director of Student Ministries at Eastside Christian School, has spent time as the offensive coordinator at Issaquah and King's School, and comes to the BCS program after serving in the same role at Liberty.

I am excited about Coach Green, his love of the Lord, knowledge of the game of football, and his wanting to make a difference in the lives of young men," BCS athletic director Mark DeJonge said in an email. "I look forward to how Coach Green will continue to build, teach, and grow the football program at Bellevue Christian."

Green replaces Greg Schneider, a longtime youth football coach in the area who helped the Vikings usher in its high school program before the 2011 season.
