Fly fishing course coming to Bellevue College | Community recreation news

The North Campus of Bellevue College (14673 NE 29th Pl.) near SR 520 will play host to a fly fishing course taught by well known Alaskan fishing guide Dick Lange.

The introductory course will teach the basics and fundamentals of fly fishing including fly tying and fly casting for both salmon and steelhead.

The 11 week course begins September 17 and is held every Monday evening until November 26 at 7 p.m. Classes last two hours and the course also features a morning learning how to cast on a local stream.

Cost is $165 and registration is valuable online at the Bellevue College website.
