Preps lead Sammamish Club team to USTA Nationals | Prep sports news

Led by several prep players from Issaquah, Newport, Eastlake and Skyline high schools, the Sammamish Club 18U Junior Tennis Team captured the Northwest Sectional championship on August 4 in Portland and earned a place at the National Championships in South Carolina in October.
After winning each of its six matches during the summer league season, the Sammamish Club squad repeated that feat at Sectionals, winning six more matches to earn a spot in the national field.
