The city will begin a three-month repaving project on Factoria Boulevard, from Southeast 36th Street to Southeast 41st Place, on Monday. Work is expected to take place 7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Thursday, in order to minimize traffic delays. A 56-year-old Bellevue man died Tuesday after he failed to navigate around a curve on eastbound on State Route 900 and colliding with a guardrail. Washington State Police suspect speed and impairment were a factor.
