Generating problems: A man had been continuously running a generator to power his motorhome in the 12600 block of SE 41st Place. The problem had caught the attention of city officials, and he was issued a verbal warning and told to turn off his generator. He declined to turn it off and was issued a noise ordinance violation. He further declined to turn off the generator, so it was seized.

Marijuana violation violence: A man and woman got into an argument, and the woman went to count his marijuana plants to use against him in court. He punched her in the face and was arrested by police.

Sept. 1

K-9 conquest: A man called police and reported that a subject driving past him in Downtown Bellevue had thrown a bottle at him. The license plate number matched a stolen car, which was located as it turned on Interstate-405. Police tried to stop the vehicle several times, but it eluded them. The driver rear-ended another driver and police lost him. An off-duty officer in Issaquah located the vehicle later, and Bellevue K-9 Ghost tracked the suspect down.

Man requests jail: Police arrived at a business in the 500 block of 106th Ave. NE and found a man standing by a window he had broken. He told officers he broke the window because he wanted to go to jail. He was arrested.

Sept. 2

Downtown drug use: Officers contacted a subject at the Bellevue Library just as he was getting ready to inject meth. He was taken into police custody.

Sept. 4

Disoriented driver: Officers contacted a subject driving in the 10500 block of NE 12th St. who was driving on three wheels and dragging his front bumper. He was coming from a local drinking establishment and didn’t know what he had struck with his car. He was arrested for DUI.
