A public forum for all candidates for House and Senate seats in the 41st Legislative District will be held from 3-5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16 at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church, 4228 Factoria Blvd. SE, Bellevue. Episcopal Bishop Greg Rickel will moderate the forum.

The 41st District candidates for Senate are Steve Litzow (R, incumbent) and Lisa Wellman (D); for House seat 41a, John Pass (R) and Tana Senn (D, incumbent), and for House seat 41b, Michael Appelby (R) and Judy Clibborn (D, incumbent).

The forum offers voters an opportunity to hear directly from candidates their views about important issues that the 2017 session of the Legislature faces, such as raising revenue to fund the McCleary decision on education while preserving other critical state programs, addressing concerns about climate change, and improving voting rights for different populations across the state.
