Weichert, Realtors – Pillar Northwest, in Bellevue, is kicking off the holiday season with the return of its annual toy and gift card drive this month. Area residents are invited to drop off new, unwrapped toys and/or gift cards between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. at the real estate company’s office located at 14100 SE 36th Street, Suite 120, in Bellevue through Dec. 11.

The Weichert affiliate will also be in front of The Landing Stadium 14 in Renton from 2-3 p.m. Nov. 26 collecting donated toys and gift cards.

The toys and gift cards will be delivered to kids and families locally throughout the holiday season in partnership with Mary’s Place, a nonprofit group that assists homeless women, children and families.

“The holiday season should be a joyful time for all,” said Lara Dunn, the broker/owner of Weichert, Realtors – Pillar Northwest. “Partnering with Mary’s Place this year to host a holiday toy drive is one way our office can give back to the community and help those in need.”

Dunn and her team are also excited to do something special for their clients this holiday season. The Bellevue real estate agency is renting out a 350-seat theatre at Regal The Landing Stadium 14 and inviting clients – both current and past – to enjoy a private screening of the new movie, “Wonder,” starring Julia Roberts and Owen Wilson on Nov. 26. Moviegoers can also bring a toy and/or gift card to the screening party to help support this year’s toy and gift card drive.

Weichert, Realtors – Pillar Northwest is an independently owned and operated Weichert affiliate. The full service real estate agency serves the Seattle metropolitan area.
