Bellevue man turns self in after fatal accident

A Bellevue man turned himself in to to the Washington State Patrol on Sunday after fleeing an accident in which he struck a man attempting to cross Interstate 405.

A 31-year-old Monroe man who was attempting to cross southbound I-405 near the Northeast 124th street offramp in Kirkland when he was apparently struck and killed by Sankha Biswas, 30. Biswas fled from the scene, but later turned himself in.
