Hutchison court records go public
August 7, 2009 · Updated 5:32 PM
The court documents from Susan Hutchison's 2003 lawsuit against former employer KIRO-TV have been unsealed, following an order from King County Superior Court Judge Timothy Bradshaw.
Hutchison, a candidate for King County executive, had alleged race and age discrimination when the news station replaced her with a younger Asian American. The case was settled out of court in 2005.
