Bellevue Police investigators have arrested a suspect in the murder of a 33-year-old Bellevue man last week at an office park.

Police arrested the 35-year-old Bellevue resident late Monday night, and he was booked into the King County Jail for investigation of second-degree murder. He will not be identified publicly until criminal charges have been filed.

The body of the victim, Emilio A. Perez-Oliva, was found at the Unigard Office Park last Tuesday. According to the King County Medical Examiner, Oliva had been strangled to death.

The investigation revealed that the suspect and victim knew each other. Detectives continue to interview witnesses and gather evidence pertaining to the crime and the relationship of the two men.
