More highway work set in south Bellevue area next week

Highway construction crews will continue work on several projects in Bellevue next week.

Work is expected on the new southbound I-405 bridge over I-90, the bridge over Southeast Eighth Street, freeway widening from 112th Avenue Southeast to Southeast Eighth Street and several retaining walls.

From Nov. 3-6, during the night and early morning hours, crews may close up to two lanes in each direction on I-405 between 112th Avenue Southeast and I-90 for barrier, paving and drainage work. Crews may close up to three lanes in each direction on I-405 between Southeast Eighth Street and I-90 for barrier, paving, striping, and drainage work. Crews may also close the following ramps:

The ramp from southbound I-405 to eastbound I-90.

The ramp from southbound I-405 to westbound I-90.

The ramp from Southeast Eighth Street to southbound I-405.

The ramp from northbound I-405 to Coal Creek Parkway.

The ramp from Coal Creek Parkway to northbound I-405.

The ramp from 112th Avenue Southeast to northbound I-405.
