Members sought for Bellevue’s Network on Aging

The City of Bellevue is recruiting members for the Bellevue Network on Aging. The advisory group’s mission is to “support healthy aging in our community by promoting awareness of needs and resources that support older adults through life’s transitions.”

Members serve on the Network on Aging for a term of two years, with a commitment of six to 12 hours per month. Members must live, work or serve older adults in Bellevue, and more than half the group must be over 50 years of age.

Applications are due by 5 p.m., Friday, Oct 3. Applications and more information can be found online at http://www.bellevuewa.gov/network_on_aging.htm and are also available at Bellevue Aging Services office at the North Bellevue Community Center, 4063 148th Ave. NE.
