The Bellevue Police Department collected 323 lbs. of controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications on April 26 as part of the nationwide prescription drug “Take-Back” initiative.

Police staffed three locations and collected nine boxes of unwanted medications. A second Take-Back Drug day will be in October. In 2013 a total of 488.6 lbs. were collected.
