City to check in with newest residents

Bellevue will host a community meeting July 18 to answer questions residents of newly annexed south Bellevue might have about city programs. The meeting will be from 7-8:30 p.m. at the South Bellevue Community Center, 14509 SE Newport Way.

Presentations by city staff, with time for questions and answers, will highlight the event. At resource tables attendees can speak with department representatives, view materials and obtain more information on sidewalks, street safety and maintenance, code compliance, crime prevention, emergency preparedness, trees, neighborhood identity, pride and connection.

More information is available at 425-452-6836.
