Bellevue Botanical Garden will hold its spring native plant sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 10 at the garden, 12001 Main St., in Bellevue.

The sale is a fundraiser for the King County chapter of the Washington Native Plant Society.

Native groundcovers, bulbs, wildflowers, ferns, shrubs and trees will be available and the sale is considered the largest and most diverse sale of Washington natives.

Also, a large selection of books on native plants and their ecology, and Cedar Grove Compost and/or Potting Soil will be available. Native plant experts will be on hand to assist shoppers in purchasing plants that will best suit their garden or yard.

A map of sale location and list of species are posted at www.wnps.org.
